Hello doc, am allan karwa from kenya. I have for close to 2 years had what appears to be persistent skin rash on my chest and times it appears on my neck. I have been trying to use antibacterial creams and soaps such as dettol bathing soap but its not helping. On january this year I visited a local clinic and was given fluconazole but it did not help.
