I have underwent a cesarean at the time of birth of my first baby 2.5 years ago. I'm not breastfeeding her but now I hv gained an irregular weight wherein my shoulders and face is totally skinny but my belly is bulged. Kindly tell me what should I do. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
