I am 29 year old male and suffering from acidity, gastric and constipation problems. Sometimes I feel dazzle in my eyes for half an hour and after that I feel headache in either side of my head and then feel like to vomit. This lasts till I fart or release gas through mouth. I also feel like to go to toilet during this. Please advise me about diet that can help me. I have gone through sonography but everything is normal there.
