A spine block or an epidural injection usually does not give good result or long standing relief in discogenic low back ache.

Hi it won't give permanent relief, there will be no pain for three months later the back pain will increase a lot. Consult a physio, it will take time to get better, but the results will be permanent. Hope I answer the question regards.
