Am 29 years old .7 years back I have suffered anxiety and depression .doc prescribed silozen plus tablet 6 months after everything alright. Recently 9 months back I got blood pressure 140/80. Doctor told me to use betacap tr40 .while using betacap blood pressure normal. After stopping it blood pressure again coming up to 140/80. While taking blood pressure am feeling very anxious and tension also that time blood pressure rises up to 170/100. Am monitoring blood pressure at home by digital machine it's 135 and 140/80. My all blood reports 2d echo tmt ecg thyroid all reports are normal. Please suggest me what to do how can I maintain blood pressure normal. Need to use any medication?
