Dear lybrate-user. Yes the babies especially newborn sleep for 20 hours or so in one day but they do take 8-10 times feeds and also they do not loose weight very rapidly. Regarding the medicine if levepsy contains leveterecetam than it is a new drug and not studied much and is not particularly considered entirely safe and if it can be changed during breastfeeding then breastfeeds will be more safe.
