If your headache is associated with nausea or vomiting and it occurs only on one side of head it may be migraine. In case of migraine you will also identify some triggers like light, sound, smell, lack of sleep etc. causing an attack. Try to identify what causes your headache and avoid that trigger. Also you will be having phonophobia or photophobia in migraine and your headache will worsenbwith physical activity. If your head ache has above mentioned character it is migraine. Take simple analgesics when you have headache.
