Sir meri age 27 years hai. Aur meri height 160 cm but weight 60 kg hai. Mujhe weight gain karane ke liye kya karana chahiye. Sir mera ek dost hai ki jo mere se hi week tha wo suppliment aur protien powder lekar ab strong hua hai. Kya ye sahi hai. please mujhe batao ki kya karana chahiye.

Please take balance diet. A glass of milk and banana in morning. A glass of mixed fruit juice in evening. Maintain a routine of your life style. Take alfalfa q 10 drops twice daily for next 2 weeks and report weekly. No taking supplement is not advisable until you are in a position to take food orally.
