Hello doctor from 2 months m belching and feel full and weakness .i lost almost 13 kg weight and from 2 months my platelets are near 140 150 and I feel nausea and very weak sgot 70 sgpt 90 and sometime diarrhea and dry mouth is this due to liver problem or stomach infection intestine infection .green phlegm from mouth sometimes and white mucus type in stool like fungus.

What r other symptoms that you r experiencing? By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains?
