I have rheumatoid arthritis since 8 yr, now on medicine methotrexate, hydroxychloroquine and leflunomide, in my routine blood test, now creatinine - 0.4 it is blow in normal level. Is it sign of any kidney disease?

Please may I know the units of the report? Normally 0.4 is alright. If you have a thin built with less muscle mass, you may have lower than normal creatinine. Nothing to worry per say about the reports. Also if anything was abnormal then your treating doctor will be able to tell you best.
