A day after started getting heart palpitations and can feel the pulse beating at back of my head and mild head involuntary movement. Cardiologist ruled out heart related problem. But still face pulse feel at back of my head when my lay on back using pillow which is very disturbing. Did mri brain and neck and following is the findings: 1. No evidence of acute infarct, hemorrhage or space occupying mass lesion noted 2. Left transverse sinus no flow related enhancement, left sigmoid sinus and left internal jugular vein appears narrowed in calibre 3. Rounded t2 hyperintense lesion in left maxillary sinus - likely suggestive of mucus retention cyst. Rest all is normal (carotid arteries appear normal, cervical parts and vertebral arteries appear normal thyroid - 6.5 vitamin d and b12 - very less (8 and 56) hemoglobin - 13.5 rbc - 4.14 what might be the cause for pulsation behind my head?
