Hello, i'm 18 years old and have a very lean body. Probably i'm slightly underweight also. Since last 1 month i've started going to gym 6 days a week. Can I take whey protein supplement? does it really help in gaining weight? will it have side effects or some bad effect on my health? is it a steroid? thanks in advance for the reply.
