I am losing my hair quickly and unable to increase the growth of my hair I tried all the shampoos but was not able to get any possible results please help.

Female normally suffer with iron deficiency. Iron has different components. It is very important first to correct that. Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. Food rich in protein like sprouts, beans, nuts along with that green leafy vegetables helps to maintain the strength of hair. Drink 3 lit of water/day oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week.
