Knee pain at your age can arise due to multiple causes inclusion injury, gout, any kind of arthritis, low vitamin d levels, infection or weakness of muscle to name a few. Some blood tests fasting including hb, tlc, dlc, esr, vitamin d, uric acid, anti ccp, calcium, phosphorous, alkaline phosphotase, pth along with x ray knee ap and lateral views in standing position will be useful. In the meantime you can learn quadriceps strengthening exercises from a physiotherapist and do them 20 mins 3 times a day to strengthen your knee muscles.
