Hi, im a 20 year old woman, 5 ft 2. I've had low blood pressure in the past but I think I might have it again? Possibly diabetes? I'm always tired, lightheaded, find it hard to even make it out of bed. I suffer from loneliness, anxiety and depression too which might have to do with it. I know im deficient in nutrients, and have started to take omega 3 supplements, vitamin d, and vitamin b. I find it really hard to process things as quickly as others, even though I am trying to concentrate as much as possible and I put double the effort others do in trying to retain information. For example, in leading a zipwire session (as I am an outdoor activity instructor). I think this is also what is leading me to be depressed. Feeling very slow and useless compared to everybody else. I have been slow my entire school life too. I would really like to know what this could be linked to or if it is maybe adhd. Finally, I have an issue where I am always needing to urinate, at least a few times an hour. This has been happening for years and is worrying because I can't work or get to sleep easily.

What r other symptoms that you r experiencing? By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains? Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 11. Take 1tsp of ghee in bfast, lunch n dinner.
