Doctor help I tester covid positive with symptoms congested and runny nose, fever, sneezing, severe headache and I was diagnosed peritoneal tuberculosis 5 months back which I was taking anti tb medicine from last 5 months should I take all the tablets given by govt for covid along with anti tb drugs? Are there any serious interaction with anti tb drug and covid medicines like azithromycin, levocetirizine, paracetamol and other vitamins like c, d3, complex.

The best idea would be to drop the akt -drugs for now and continue with the covid medicines alone. However a very close monitoring is required by your family doctor there.
