Sir/madam, I am lean and want to change my body to muscular. Is there is any exercise, which can I perform at home without equipment. As I am beginner don't have complete knowledge about it. So give me a workout plan with proper information. Advance thank you for your reply.

You can start with 100 jump count with power yoga. After that add seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Milk and dairy products will be a good idea to add in your routine. You can also add nutrella/ egg/ soya flour/ lentils / soups etc during the day. If you take non-veg that can be added as per your activity level
