I am 17 and I have been losing my weight very drastically and I feel weak and tired too. I am afraid that I would become too skinny. What should I do to prevent becoming too skinny?

To increase weight, you should be disease free and should have good appetite. If everything is good then you need to follow a nutritious diet plan. You should avoid spicy food items and should take proper sleep at night. Take ashwagandha 1 tsf twice a day with milk.
