I am 39 years old and I have back pain from neck to lower part for last more than a year. I consulted many doctors did xray and physiotherapy but nothing happened. Doctor says that my bone is little pressed and I went for magnetic therapy there the therapist says it will never get cure. I can not sleep properly it pains a lot whenever I try to change my side. Plzz advise the best treatment. I am a middle class man and can not afford costly treatment. Thanks.
