Decrease proteins in your diet. Drink lots of water 5 lts. Avoid junk food, alcohol. Limit nonveg.

It is better to avoid tamarind in the food rather to add lime or mango. And also avoid eating fried foods. Take more anti oxidants in your food like fresh vegetables, boiled vegetables, boiled meat, water content vegetables which reduces the toxins from the body.
