Hi, I am 24 yrs. Old. I have recently joined gym. My schedule is of evening. I go to gym from 9 pm- 10 pm. Therefore my dinner diet including whey intake is also heavy as compared to other diets. My dinner schedule generally happens at 11 pm. Is it okay to follow this schedule, or my dinner diet is just converting into fat and I need to change my schedule?

In an ideal situation you shouldnt sleep for 3 hrs after dinner. Try to atleast wait for an hour before lyingdown.

Hi the dinner timings are from 7 to 9 pm. Try to have you dinner by 7 to 8 pm and then go for workout. Post workout you can have 2 to 3 egg whites. And make sure you are not immediately after workout.

You need to take whey protein (by whatever name it comes. But it should contain 80% whey protein in it. E.g. For 30 gms it should have atleast 24 grams (80%) of protein.) use it only on the day you gym (within 10 mins of exercise). Dose is 30gms.
