I am 19 year old weighing 91 kg my height is 5. 6. Have started gym from last two months. Have losted 3 kgs but I need to loose form weight asap! what deit should I take, anyhow my intake of food is too low! will general motor deit help in loosing those extra weight and can I continue it for 5 -6 weeks?

Eat more vegetables and minmum of rice. Wheat, butter sweets etc. Reduce intake to one third of what you eat now. You can read my article on obesity in health tips column in the site, weight gain is the result of sedentary life and overeating do aerobic exersises, jog, skip and run. Eat only half of what you eat now. Avoid or reduce sweets and butter, ghee and food containing these. You need to check for hypothyroid state. Go to lab and test tsh and send me the report in ask privately option.
