Sir, 43 years male, since last 3 months I am experiencing tiredness in my chest when I climb 10-15 steps or do little hard work. Covid negative. Vaccinated. It is taking too much recovery time from tiredness. I feel tightness in chest and taking heavy breathing after work. I am getting tired easily. Ecg was normal. In stress tmt test in 3rd stage i.e fast walking/running I did for only 20 sec. My heart beat touched to 165 and the test was concluded. But report shows negative for induced ischemic heart disease. Echo cardiogram test is also normal. But I sense something different since 3 months. X ray is normal. I am getting tired easily, i.e. Small work also. Earlier it was not like that. It's not normal. But could not be identified. Cbc and cholesterol levels are also in normal range. Hdl cholesterol is 37, ldl- 137, triglycerides - 149,
