Lybrate-user you should start your day with stretch exercises for 15 min. Rt bending, lt. Bending, forward bendig, backword bending, only below you're threshold level (if pain severe leave) start with 5 min take it to 10 min gently. 5 min should be jogging. Have antioxidant n vitamins rich diet. Pomegranate juice/ black grapes / beet root juice. Try to sit straight on chair. Take small breaks in mid.
