How angioplasty is done in case of a patient with 70% blockage in right pulmonary artery? The patient has diabetes.

I guess you mean right coronary artery. Angioplasty is procedure in which a special balloon is passed across the blockage and dilated. After that a stent is implanted there to keep blockage open.
