Having severe back spinal pain since 1 year so did an mri l.s spine and doc findings are:- diffuse annular disc bulge with large posterior disc protrusion and ligamentum flavum thickening at l4-5 level resulting in marked effacement of bilateral neural foramina bilateral lateral recesses stenosis and marked canal stenosis with compression over thecal sac, cauda equina and exiting nerve roots, mild posterior disc bulge at l3-4 and l5-s1 levels. Pre and paravertebral regions are normal. Visualized spinal cord is normal in morphology and signal intensity. Please help me I am helpless as I do not know what to do, if required will provide more information over call or whatsapp. Thanks.
