I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. Your height stops increasing after the age of 18 because of your bones, specifically your growth plates. A person is tall due to the lengthening of long bones, which grow when they are still active or ?open?. When a person is near the end of his puberty, due to the hormonal changes the growth plates harden and ?close?. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
