Suffering from frequent mouth ulcers. Most of the times there world be multiple mouth ulcers, mostly under the tongue and occasionally on cheeks. The ulcers are painful, burning. The ulcers heal after 15-20 days. Mostly I use home remedies like honey, turmeric etc but they do not provide any relief.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user mouth ulcers can be easily treated by doing the following: using a soft toothbrush to brush your teeth using a toothpaste that doesn?t contain sodium lauryl sulphate, as this may be irritating� avoiding hard, spicy, salty, acidic or hot�food and drink�until the ulcer heals ? maintain oral hygiene by brushing twice, once in the morning and before bedtime ? use clorhexidine mouthwash daily twice, you need to gargle 5-10 ml and spit it out. This will help is killing unwanted bacteria in your mouth. ? for protection of the ulcers and pain relief, use zytee gel. Apply it twice daily over the ulcers hope you found the solution you needed, kindly approach me if there is no improvement after using them.
