Sir, I have a vitamin d deficiency. I took vitamin d tablets many times but it's not helping me to level up my vitamin d in body. What I need to do? Any alternative? Injections?please suggest.

It usually takes 2-3 months for vitamin d levels to come back to normal if the appropriate supplements have been given. If not, it is important to find out what is causing the vitamin deficiency. Take care.
