My wife is working as she used to sit more then 10 hours in her office. And she is facing regular pain in her back and neck. Please suggest, how she reduce this pain.

Hello. Sorry to hear this. Ask her to meet a physiotherapist who will suggest back and core strengthening exercises for her. She should not sit continuously for more than 30 min and should get up and move around for 1 min after every 30 min. Regards.
