Dear lybrate-user the cure to your condituon is only through a diet change. No medicine will give you permanet relief. An old tb can cause such inflammation repeatedly and when that happens you will need antibiotics .howevever in order to prevent repeat attacks, please have a diet rich in soluble fibre, avoid constipation at all cost, include probiotics in diet and exercise regularly. Take care.
