My father age about 73 years old he has arthritis problem he has problem to walk. His knee has pain. Allopathy doctors advised for knee replacement. He has diabetes and has heart operations few years back. We want that he can walk. Pls help.

Respected lybrate-user. Allopathy doctor's are advised to your father's for knee joint replacement. I hope they are (doctor's) monitoring of your father's diabetic levels (which are too high and not k that commit for surgery) doctor's are controlled completely without you're father's suffers. Same as heart issue also. No need to be worrying. But better to choose best hospital where in india and best surgeon's. They (doctor's) are monitoring and evaluating all the values and estimated all the risks after the surgery. They are supervision of minute to minute care after surgery. And this care is never ends after he discharged. But choose right descion. If you're not. The only option is. Physical therapy treatment for your father's problem.
