Hello 25 f.my mri shows cervical lordosis loss+ls4 ls5 indentation ovr the sac. Ive pain from bridge if nose to nape of neck till mid if skull n too much stiffness tightness n difficulty breathing. As I put a step on floor from same place my head start spinning. Spine legs arms tingling numbing. Or as I move my arms of legs a bit. Initially was not severe but after physiotherapy now need 2 attendants. Took muscle relaxant gabapin n all. No improvement. Was having low grade fever from long time before. N diet was poor. Please suggest something n how I get back on mt legs again.
