I am currently very thin and quite weak, and I am trying to build up my muscle with some exercise. My friends did suggest me to get some weight gainers or something to focus over my protein? What exactly should I get? In order to gain weight and muscle? Is creatine also worth it ?my weight is around 65 kg, height is around 185 cm. My skin sometimes also get light due to lack of protein it seems. I have been searching over amazon and there are tons of options and I am just confused since I have barely any knowledge.
