Hi please am 25 year old guy. Now am 75 kg and 172 cm heigh. Wanna reduce my body weight and get fit. Please my current diet is please breakfast: some thing in rice(like 3 dosa 3iddli) lunch: 3 chappatis and some fish (not fried) please dinner: same as lunch. Please does this is a right diet?
