I have started going to the gym from the last few days but I am feeling pain in my knees. Shall I continue exercising if this is normal or must take a halt?

Hello. You must discontinue working out till the pain is there. Later can resume after some gap, but right now not to do. Apply Bakson?s Rheum Aid oil gently (2-3 times a day) and take orally Bakson?s Rheum-Aid syrup/ 1 tablespoon thrice daily.
