Dear sir once 3 years ago and a year ago I was attacked with bppv and used vertin course and came to normal max. Now once again it's been a month and half 3 days once it's getting attacked though I am on vertin 32 per day .apart from too much reeling during sleep, terrible dizziness, fog and pull in head. Is my problem permanent? No ear infections found. Please do suggest and save me from my chronic health condition.
