Take him to physiotherapy clinic, through electrotherapy it can be reduced. The treatment time will depend on his body condition. Few sessions of ift+us for two weeks will give him relief from sciatica. Also he needs to concentrate on his weight reducing exercises after the treatment. Hot pack twice a day with usage of diclifenac ointment will be helpfull.
