Is it possible for dental decay to cause a headache behind the neck and swollen neck lymnotes with no pain or swelling in the mouth plus being dizzy no appetite pain in the neck under right armpit fatigue toe cramps this can be from a unfilled cavity? Also in may I had a root canal no crown he did x-rays after and said it was fine. He said he got everything but a small piece it was curved. Could this have something to do with these symptoms?
