My mother is 42 years old and she has lower back pain, because of which she has swelling in ankle and feet in dec 2020, at that time in 18 dec 2020 she get herself test for urea and creatinine. Which result was this. Urea 34 mg/dl (women<50 years 13-40 mg/dl) (women>50 years 21-43. Creatinine 0.7 (women 0.6-1.1 mg/dl) she eat painkillers when her back pain became less the swelling goes, again after 2, 3 months she has same problem and sometimes burning sensation in urination. Again in august 2021 her feet ankles get swollen due to back pain, and after taking painkillers it goes away. Is it kidney related? Should we get her test done again. Is the previous report was good? Urea 34 creatinine 0.7 she has burning sensation in urination when she has swelling and back pain.
