I have been suffering from frequent headaches at least 4 days a week. I have multiple sclerosis since 2018, my neurologist has given me painkillers but I want a permanent solution or at least understand the reason or trigger so I can avoid it because it has started affecting quality of my life. I generally get headaches when I step out of the house day/night and my eye lids get heavy with swollen eyes. Please help!
