I am a 27 years old new mother. In covid I have seen multiple sudden deaths which affected me like anything and I always have the phobia of own death or death of loblved one's. I am being unfunctional for the same. But I am a lactating mother. I don't know what to do. I cry almost every day and no one actually understands the pain of the fear. How can I overcome this? you are feeding mother so first to avoid it for some times, but covid vaccine is very effective it dont hurt. think positive and you can go for it when your children stop your own feeding
