Hi. I am 35 years old. Currently working on my fitness since 2 years for lean muscle gains. During my workouts I take whey protien .yes of course diet also taking proper diet. I am taking whey isolate protien since 1 year. I just want to knw that continue taking whey protien ,will it be injurious to health and heart in the long run' because taking protien is imp .and being vegetarian I dnt get enf of it required for the body.

In your case based on daily requirement you can take protein but not in excess. As you are into fitness sessions, depending up on the calorie consumption and requirement you may limit your protein intake. However the best part I would like to suggest is, you can switch on to natural products like Aswagandha Rasayana which is helpful for your health. You can think about it.
