Hi. I am 35 years old. Currently working on my fitness since 2 years for lean muscle gains. I just want to knw that jogging at nite is injurious to health? I do keep in mind that before going to walk+jog, there is a gap of 1/5 hr or 2 hr max. But people say you should not jog. Is it ok to continue?

Hello. You can start with mild walk at night, after meal jog it’s not healthy. You should start with hard exercise or jog during day time or morning hours. Else before meal.
