I have white patch on my tongue. Sometimes left & sometimes right side. My dentist advise to apply kenacort ointment twice daily & cap vaio 24 daily. I am suffering from fear that in future whether it is possible to develop cancer as I don?t smoke & drink. Pl suggest regards.

Take vitamins c and d supplements. Drink more water. Apply hexigel on tongue thrice a day for three days, and keep it for three minutes and wash it. Take an orthopantamogram. Check any sharp cusps. Verify is it an ulcer or abscess or any other infections. After three days, if the white patch didn't reduce means, take a biospy and consult me for further details. Thank you.
