I m 20 year old and my height is 1.70cm but my weight is only 47 kg it doesn't increase please suggest what should I do.

According to your height your weight should be 68 kgs, to gain weight its more important to understand that weight gain is a little difficult as compared to loosing weight, and takes lot of time, in your case it will take atleast a year if you have a proper approach. You need to start having balanced diet, better would be to get a diet planned for yourself which will be customised as per your needs and goals. Also you should start doing weight training 3-4 times (30-45 min) a week under the guidance of a trainer, followed by protein intake after workout. This should be of help.

Start doing" prithvi mudra" for 20 minutes everyday. Within 3 months you will gain upto 10 to 12 kg without medicines, eat heavy breakfast, consume cow ghee with your meals, sleep atleast 7 to 8 hours with your head in south or east direction. Drink 3 to 4 liter water everyday but no water after your meals till 90 minutes. Eat lot of paneer, potato, ghee (cow), figs, almonds, rice (basmati), curd, bananas, grapefruit.
