Hello doctor dis is karthik I am 27 years old. 1 week back I got my first jab of covishield vaccine but I did not experience any symptoms of fever or body aches or anything and where as many of my friends got some symptoms of fever body pains but I am really worrying about my body immune is less reactive as like old people please let me know is it a good sign or bad in order not to have any symptoms or else my immune system is working good.
