I had pcos and so I ate less and use to workout a lot. But, I got high sugar level, which can be observed as ants are attracted towards my urine. My doctor said that cause of high sugar is, that I am forcing my body to do workout, which is actually true because I was highly depressed at that time. Then I stopped doing workout and diet and sugar comes back to normal. "my only concern" is that, I read over internet that glucose damage kidneys and so high sugar in urine. But since everything is in control now, "are my kidney's alright? I never took any medicine and it's been 2-3 years since it happened. I don't get high sugar anymore now and I was only 17 at that time. Are my kidney's damaged or are they alright? I get no kidney issues neither get previous symptoms like high glucose in urine or anywhere.
