Hello, the only thing you can do now is not take the further dose of misoprostrol and hope and wait that bleeding does not occur due to mifepristone. It depends on how far you are in pregnancy and your reproductive history. There have not been any known harmful effects of mifepristone on the baby but you will have to continue the pregnancy knowing this risk. Stay safe.

Just wait and see. If there are signs of abortion, get a scan done. There is no drug to reverse the process of abortion induced by mifipristone.

Abortion cannot be reversed. But mifepristone alone may not act in some cases. So you can wait and see. If abortion changes appear as in bleeding per vaginum or pain abdomen consult a gynecologist immediately.
