Hi my issue is my body is slim body and my weight is 59 kg and height 5.6 and age 27 so my body looks like ectomorph body so how can I get muscular body from home so please advise me.

Wake up early go for walk or jogging, take high protein, take nuts, take boiled potatoes with butter, take 4to5 banana with milk, do regular exercise this will help.
